Cori Lassahn has been teaching yoga for 21-years in Santa Barbara & the Santa Ynez Valley. She created Vineyard Yoga eight years ago as a way to bring people into nature and enjoy the bounty of the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley.
A 200-hour registered yoga instructor trained in Interdisciplinary Yoga, she is also a meditation teacher and weaves mindfulness into each yoga class.
As a sought after teacher with packed classes every week, she offers her students a comprehensive class incorporating breath work, meditation, flowing asana, balance, length, strength, and deep relaxation that leaves students feeling emotionally, physically, and mentally balanced. Cori has taught everyone from celebrities to children and believes yoga is for every body, every person, every human.
She has taught at Bloom Yoga in Solvang, the YMCA in Santa Ynez, The Alisal Resort in Solvang, and private classes at local estates. Additionally, she teaches a series of Mindfulness classes (offered seasonally) and plans wine country yoga/wellness retreats for groups.
