Dovecote
Yoga & Wine
Description:
The full moon is an opportunity to let go of an aspect of your emotional experience that you have outgrown and a time for anchoring in a new maturity or wisdom that was gained in the previous cycle. It is also a perfect time for releasing something that no longer serves you. In this slowed-down and reflective Harvest Moon practice, we will be mindful of the present cycles of nature, the seasons, and life all around us.
In this class, you will witness the orange Harvest Moon rise over the vineyards as we practice under the night sky of Dovecote Winery. This exclusive property is normally open by appointment only and vineyard yoga guests will have the chance soak in it's beauty in a new way.
