Yoga + special Mindful Wine Tasting
-Use of the private outdoor space at Vega Vineyards
1-hour (all levels) yoga class
-A guided meditation and 10-min relaxation
-Vega Vineyard wines
-Mindful Wine tasting guided experience led by Chiara Shannon (wine educator and sommelier)
-Wine tasting service by Vega Vineyard staff
-Parking and restroom
10:15am-check-in, set-up your mat, use the restroom
10:30am-yoga class on the grass with Cori Lassahn
11:30am-guided Mindful Wine tasting with Chiara Shannon
-a yoga mat (sorry, due to COVID-19, no yoga mats will be offered to borrow)
-a blanket or towel for underneath your mat (for extra padding on the hard surface)
-yoga props you may like to use (block, strap, blanket, etc.)
Guests are invited to order food from the Vega Vineyard menu during our Mindful Wine experience. Food is not included in the ticket price.

ABOUT CHIARA SHANNON AND THE MINDFUL WINE EXPERIENCE:
