Yoga + Wine Tasting
WHAT'S INCLUDED
-Use of the private outdoor space at Rideau Winery
-1-hour all levels yoga class (beginners welcome!) on the grass
-A guided meditation at the beginning of class
-Class ends with a 10-min guided relaxation
-Exclusive wine tasting experience for Vineyard Yoga guests
-Parking, restrooms, and wine service
SCHEDULE
9:45am-check-in, set-up your mat, use the restroom
10:00am-yoga class on the lawn
11:00am-wine tasting begins
Noon-conclusion
PLEASE NOTE:
The Wine Country half marathon will be taking place on this same morning. Please check their route and take back roads to Rideau if necessary to avoid delays.
PLEASE BRING:
-a yoga mat
-a blanket/towel for underneath your mat
-water
-sunblock (there will be some shade, but it's limited)
-any yoga props you prefer (strap, block, etc.)
